Sea-Air-Space is not open to the public, Sea-Air-Space permits attendance in the following qualified categories:

  • U.S. Military Personnel: Active-duty, reserve, and retired members of the U.S. armed forces.
  • Government Employees: Federal, state, and local government representatives.
  • Defense Industry Professionals: Representatives from defense industry companies, both exhibiting and non-exhibiting.
  • Congressional Representatives: Members of Congress and their staff.
  • International Delegates: Representatives of foreign embassies, governments, and military organizations.
  • Navy League Members: Active members of the Navy League of the United States.
  • Guests: Individuals invited by the Navy League.
  • Media Representatives: Accredited and approved members of the press and media organizations.

*Please note that access to the exhibit hall prior to opening is reserved for Exhibitors only. Attendees are not permitted to access the hall outside of open hall hours under any circumstances. *Children over the age of 15 may attend the exposition provided they are accompanied by a registered adult at all times. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the exhibit halls during installation or dismantle hours.

Attendees must display an official badge at all times. No badges will be mailed in advance.

To pick up a badge, attendees must present their barcode, sent via email from show registration one week prior to the event, and a government-issued photo ID.

    The Navy League of the United States has secured a limited number of sleeping rooms at the government per diem rate for attendees of the Sea-Air-Space Exposition. This special government rate is strictly reserved for uniformed military personnel and DoD civilians with a dependent ID card (Who is Eligible for Government Rates?).  

    Availability for these rooms is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis and the Navy League will audit reservations and should you not be eligible for this rate we will contact you. Please note that you will be asked to show a valid active duty/DoD government ID (Common Access Card, Federal government photo ID, or official travel orders) upon check in.  If you cannot provide a valid ID, you will be charged the prevailing rate at the time of check-in. 

    Unfortunately, due to our limited number of sleeping rooms at the government per diem rate, retired military and government contractors are NOT eligible for this rate. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring these rooms remain available for those serving our nation.

Please note that any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the exhibition policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to show sanagement. Show management recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, club, or any other public place of assembly. For the purposes of this policy, suitcasing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events. Show management must be informed of any hospitality suites, and expressed consent must be received prior to the event.
