HOTEL RATES

Single and double rates:  Traditional Room - $287.00 Plus 16% tax   

(Reservations made after this date must be done by calling the hotel directly. The discount rate will apply based on availability.)  

• Government Rate: $209.00 (based upon availability)       

*** $10 daily resort fee is already included in rate.   Resort fee will cover several in-room amenities which at the time of check-in will include complimentary local and 1-800 telephone calls (first 20 minutes), high-speed Internet access, daily newspaper, designated complimentary in-room beverages, as well as local shuttle service and Fitness Center access.

Gaylord National is a non-smoking facility. To preserve the pristine condition of its resort, smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms and interior public spaces. If you smoke, you will be charged a substantial cleaning fee to return the room to its proper condition.

Deposits
All individual reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit plus tax or guaranteed by a major credit card (and Hotel will charge the attendee's credit card for one night's stay at time of reservation).  After this date, they will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the prevailing group rate.  Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club/Carte Blanch, and/or Discover credit cards. 

Additionally, to expedite your check-in and check-out process, credit card numbers, along with an address for each guest, are strongly recommended for all reservation types. 

CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. local time.  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. local time.  Anyone checking out after 11:00 a.m. local time may incur late charges.  Special arrangements can be made for late check-outs based on availability, and/or luggage can be stored for individuals with later departures.
