ROGUE VENDORS

WARNING

We have been notified that several companies have been reaching out - most recently via fax - to our exhibitors in order to try and get them to order their items/services - specifically A/V.

Please note that all of our Official Vendors (Freeman AV for A/V items) can be found in the Exhibitor Service Manual in the EZONE - the password protected area that your company POC was given access to when you signed up to exhibit.  We highly recommend that you use these vendors vs. anyone who is approaching you from outside of the event in order to ensure the best service and access/assistance on site.

Space Selection Rules/Priority Points

Points will be calculated by totaling all points earned by each company in an annual cycle, to coincide with the exposition show dates. The cycle will run from April 1 to March 30. Companies will be ranked by their total points and then will be scheduled for exhibit space selection appointments according to rank.
